For hypnotherapy sessions and packages: A 24-hour cancellation policy applies, and multi-session packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

For online hypnotherapy sessions:

You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a private, quiet space.
Sessions must not be recorded without mutual consent.

We reserve the right to end a session early if we believe it is unsafe or inappropriate to continue (for example, if you are driving or impaired).

9. Client Responsibilities
