This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how Healing Solutions Hypnotherapy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles refunds for:

  • Digital products, including eBooks and other downloadable materials (“eBooks”), and

  • Hypnotherapy services, including single sessions and multi-session packages (“Services”).

By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy.

2. Digital Products (eBooks)

2.1 Access and Delivery

Upon completing your purchase of an eBook, you will receive access via download link, email, or account portal (if applicable). Delivery is considered complete once the eBook is made available to you.

2.2 All Sales Are Final After Download

Because eBooks are digital products that cannot be returned once accessed:

All eBook sales are final after the product has been downloaded or accessed.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for eBooks after download or access, except where required by applicable law.

2.3 Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased eBook, please contact us at support@healingsolutionshypnotherapy.com within 7 days of purchase, including:

  • Your name

  • Date of purchase

  • Title of the eBook

  • A description or screenshot of the issue

We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the file. If we are unable to resolve the problem, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement file or a refund.

3. Hypnotherapy Services (Sessions & Programs)

3.1 Booking and Payment

Hypnotherapy sessions may be conducted online or in person. Payment is due [at the time of booking / prior to the start of the session] unless otherwise stated.

  • Certain Services, such as packages or programs, may require full payment in advance.

  • Fees and rates are listed on our website or communicated directly prior to booking and may be updated from time to time.

3.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling – 24-Hour Policy

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without penalty.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment time are charged in full and are not refundable.

Time is measured according to the time zone indicated on your booking confirmation.

3.3 No-Show / Missed Appointments

A “no-show” is when a client does not attend a scheduled appointment and does not notify us in advance.

  • No-shows are charged the full session fee.

  • No refunds, credits, or make-up sessions are provided for no-shows.

If you join the session late, the session will still end at the scheduled end time, and the full session fee will apply.

3.4 Multi-Session Packages & Programs

We may offer multi-session hypnotherapy packages or programs (for example: 3-session, 6-session, or longer programs).

  • Expiration:
    All multi-session packages and programs expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this date are forfeited and not refundable.

  • Refunds:
    Unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of purchase, multi-session packages are non-refundable once the first session has occurred.
    Prior to the first session, you may request a refund minus any administrative or processing fees of 10% of package cost.

  • Transfers:
    With our prior written consent, unused sessions in a package may be transferred to another person before the expiration date. We reserve the right to approve or deny transfer requests at our discretion.

3.5 Changes or Cancellation by Healing Solutions Hypnotherapy

If we must cancel or reschedule a session for any reason:

  • We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible, and

  • We will offer to reschedule the session or provide a refund of any prepaid fees for that session if rescheduling is not possible.

We are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur (such as travel expenses) as a result of changes or cancellations.

4. How Refunds Are Issued

If a refund is approved under the terms of this policy:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
